1. If a product has a genuine defect, we are happy to offer an exchange for a replacement, an alternate product of the same value, or a full refund within 7-10 working days after the product is collected from the given address.
2. Customers must report any damaged or defective products within 3 days of delivery, with the tags intact.
3. Returns will be accepted only for defective products, and refunds can be processed accordingly. To claim a refund:
   • An unboxing video of the package must be recorded and shared with us within 12 hours of receiving the order.
   • The video should be authentic, unedited, and without any cuts; altered videos will not be accepted.
